Iiyama PLE1906S-B1 is the ideal monitor for CCTV systems based on modern DVRs with VGA interface. The aspect ratio of 4:3, maximum resolution of 1280*1024, and audio path (including built-in speakers) are the optimum for this purpose.

The use of widescreen monitors or monitors with physical resolutions not compatible with the image formats provided by DVRs definitely degrades the image quality (blur, distorted image proportions) and may hinder the identification of people, event analysis etc.

The PLE1906S-B1 monitor has a 19" LCD-TFT matrix with aspect ratio of 4:3 and physical resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (it also supports lower resolutions). The monitor cooperates perfectly with DVRs, such as Atu, Trend 250, Hikvision, Signal, supporting their display modes. Its high dynamic contrast (20000:1) and 2 ms response time ensure clear and blur-free imaging fully exploiting the image quality offered by modern CCTV cameras and digital video recorders.

The monitor is equipped with digital DVI-D and analog D-Sub inputs. OSD menu allows adjustment of all picture parameters manually. Instead, auto mode option can automatically adjust the parameters to the input signal.

Thanks to audio input (the accessories include audio cable with mini-jack connectors) and built-in speakers the monitor can also support audio functionality available in some CCTV systems.

Using the latest technology, the monitor in Power Management mode consumes only 1 W. In normal operation mode it needs 22 W. The monitor is compliant with VESA DPMS and the ENERGY STAR standards.
