WAR-54Gv2 TechnicLAN is advanced, compact-size AP/Router based on Realtek RTL-8186 chipset, designed for continuous operation even in the most demanding applications. WAR-54Gv2 is an ideal solution for Internet service provides using wireless infrastructure. WAR-54G is not only equipped with RADIATOR cooling the main chipset, but also has very advanced functions. This AP/Router features Watchdog and high output power (20 dBm). A standard function of the AP/Router is UNIVERSAL REPEATER MODE that allows to use the device as AP/Client (WISP) and repeater at the same time (in client mode the AP/Router can simultaneously keep connection, distribute it among LAN ports, and connect wirelessly with another WiFi device). In order to meet the demands of most demanding users, the AP / Router has been prepared for PoE option (PoE-ready). This means that the power and data can be sent to the device using only one UTP/FTP cable (LAN cable) which is a big advantage in wireless network installations.

WAR-54Gv2 has many modes of operation:

In AP Client mode all LAN ports are switched. 4-port switch allows to connect additional network devices.

For the safety of network connections there are many encryption options: 64/128WEP Encryption, WPA2, WPA with TKIP, 802.1x. WAR-54G. The device also has built-in firewall.
